I design and deliver bespoke masterclasses and programmes to help your leaders and teams grow, deepening their impact and realising their purpose through a focus on:

  • Operating with a growth mindset

  • Maximising the impact and diversity of networks and relationships for career success

  • Building resilience for change

  • Leading inclusively through complexity and uncertainty

  • Creating a more diverse and inclusive organisation

  • Amplifying patterns of behaviour that help you realise your ambitions and goals.

All masterclasses and programmes draw on the power of small and large group conversations. That is, being able to learn with and from peers on live issues that really matter to you.

You’ll come away with new insights, feeling clearer and better equipped as a leader. I hope you’ll also have enjoyed the experience, building some new and deeper connections in the process.

I’d love to hear from you!

Action Learning is a facilitated peer-to-peer group programme. It supports learning, development and problem solving, helping you to:

  • Create change

  • Navigate transitions

  • Work with complex challenges.

Action Learning Sets comprise a group of 4-6 colleagues meeting regularly over an agreed fixed period. It offers the opportunity for you to:

  • Build on insights, learn and challenge together with your peers

  • Test out new ideas

  • Further develop your listening, problem solving, diagnostic and change capabilities in a group setting

  • Carve out time to reflect, problem solve and plan next steps in a safe, supportive environment.

To find out more about Action Learning:

This programme is designed for organisations looking for a dynamic approach to creating a more diverse and inclusive leadership and culture.

Outcomes

This transformational programme is a powerful and positive lever for change leading to outcomes that help build greater:

APPROACH

There are three key features that distinguish experience on this programme from many others on diversity and inclusion:

Reciprocal

  • Learning and development takes place with a learning partner.

  • Aspiring leaders and established leaders from different identity backgrounds work together, supporting and challenging each other through reciprocal mentoring.

Transformational

  • As well as acquiring new skills and knowledge, participants learn how to lead in partnership across boundaries that can contribute to inequity and exclusion, such as role, function, power and identity.

  • Participants are more able to see the world and think from others’ perspectives.

  • Participant’s insights are drawn together into themes and fed into the organisation through a Steering Group of aspiring and established leaders, supporting wider system and culture change.

Experiential

  • Further develop skills in deep listening and meaning-making, building on learning from live situations and experiences.

  • Participants problem solve together and try out new actions during the programme.

I’m proud to design and run this programme in partnership with Tony Belgrave at Positive Deviant.

To discuss what you need from the Inclusive Cultures Programme:

Make even more of a positive difference in your life, career and the world, by bringing more of who you are.

This programme is designed for experienced leaders looking for deep personal, professional development, stretch and growth.

Outcomes

This dynamic programme will help you to:

  • Crystalise your purpose

  • Experience what it means to be fully present and maximise the positive impact of your presence

  • Become more fully who you are, bringing more of that person into your work and life

  • Work at your leadership edge and with greater leadership range

  • Achieve a sense of peace, power and fulfilment as you elevate your career and role in the world.

Approach

The programme will guide you through a process for greater whole-self-understanding, growth, purpose, direction and action using five powerful questions:

  1. What confronts me?

  2. What am I bringing

  3. What runs me?

  4. What calls me?

  5. What will unleash me?

It draws on principles from Gestalt leadership that asserts change and growth emerge when we become more aware of and in touch with who we currently are.

You’ll be supported in your deep dive with expert coaching, development, a robust process using theories, models, and tools in a positive, energising, and judgement-free environment that:

  • Develops greater human and adaptive capabilities where there’s greatest leverage for increasing your impact

  • Encourages exploration, stretch and experimentation

  • Builds on different experiences and ways of seeing the world

  • Turns challenges into opportunities for growth.

The More Programme runs over two-and-a-half-days and can be experienced on consecutive days or spread over time. It can be run with a group of leaders or in a 1-1 setting both in person and virtually.

I’m proud to deliver this programme with Amy Barnes based on the work of Dr. John Scherer’s ‘Five Questions that Change Everything’.

To find out more about The More Programme:

Whether virtual or in-person, established or bespoke, my approach to development helps you to:

  • Be more of who you are, by experimenting with new ways of being and expanding your range as a leader,

  • Understand group dynamics, diversity and inclusion, through experiential learning with and from others in group settings,

  • Embrace resistance and discomfort by working with them as positive energies for change and growth.

All development interventions build on established theories and current research from the fields of behavioural science, organisational development, group dynamics and leadership.

“It isn’t an understatement to say that the Inclusive Culture programme has been transformative for me personally. It is one thing as a white leader to be pre-disposed to support inclusion (many are in this bracket) but an entirely other thing to get off the side-line and get on the pitch with colleagues, to understand the issues, listen and take action. I can’t thank this group enough for their honesty, patience, challenge and support you have opened my eyes to see what I am able to do to support all colleagues but also raise awareness to other white leaders on what they can do to increase their insight and lead better in this area.”

“A huge positive of the Inclusive Culture programme is the start of the conversation and the start of listening to understand not listening to react..... I feel I've been (I am) part of something different, something with legs and potential.  I took away from the programme a secondment/ promotion which is great. .... I have definitely found my voice and even if a little hesitant at times, not afraid to use it.”

“The More Programme could not have come at a better time for me! It has helped me get clear, not just on my next steps but on how I’m showing up as a leader in the world. I feel stronger, more courageous and better resourced, able to access strengths I never knew I had! I had to dig deep at times but felt completely supported in safe hands as I did so. I’ve come away not only having learnt more about myself but with a clear and practical mandate for action that I’m sure will remain my guide in the years to come.”
